SHT21 - NEW Digital Humidity Sensor (RH&T)

Smallest relative humidity sensor for a multitude of applications: "size that inspires"!

The extremely small SHT21 digital humidity sensor and temperature sensor integrates sensors, calibration memory and digital interface on 3x3mm footprint. Additionally the humidity sensor provides electronic read-out of tracking information. The complete over-moulding of the sensor chip – with the exception of the humidity sensor area – protects the humidity and temperature sensor against external impact and leads to an excellent stability against aging, shock and volatile chemicals.

Serial production of the SHT21 has started in April 2010. Currently C-samples are distributed by free sample promotion – sign in and experience the outstanding performance of the humidity sensor! C-samples are identical to sensors from serial production, find respective datasheet on the document list. Datasheets of earlier sample versions are available upon request – please be aware that coefficients for calculating physical values have been changed.
